Details about assets, maintenance dates, contracts and receipts often live in separate lists and folders. That makes due dates and costs hard to track.
Solution
maintenance.vik links assets with maintenance, tasks, contracts, finances and documents. It runs locally with Docker and includes document text recognition and backups.
Tax records in a protected area
Tax cases, related documents and deadlines are managed in a separate area. It is additionally protected by a tax password and must be unlocked before access.
